There are always typical issues a builder deals with when working with a vendor or sub-contractor. Scheduling, timely warranty service, and employee mistakes, but through those issues there is communication and good resolution. Overall, they continually strive to make the customer experience good. Their billing is accurate and on time, plus they get pricing back quickly on extras so the project can keep moving forward without delay.
